It's a little different here at Redhead Appraisal, I don’t believe that one appraisal fits all. I offer a multitude of appraisal types and real estate appraisal services to fit a variety of needs. Whether it’s an appraisal to determine equity in an estate, or to protest the latest property taxes, I’ve got you covered. The Appraisal ProcessThe appraiser begins by collecting market area data and comparable property data, such as recent sales, listings, offerings and vacancies to compare against. Meet Kimberly Evans
Born and Raised in Southern California, Kimberly acquired her licensure in 2005 after having trained and managed a Bakersfield appraisal firm for 4 years. She became an independent appraiser and started her business. She moved to the East Bay Area in 2012 and worked for a local AMC as a staff appraiser until re-opening her independent firm Redhead Appraisal once again in 2020.
Redhead Appraisal is an independently owned residential appraisal company. Kimberly Evans is a California certified residential real estate appraiser. Licensed since 2005, she has worked in the industry since 2001, providing services in California's Bay area in Solano & Contra Costa Counties with a specialization in Solano County. She is AGA (Green Certified) & FHA approved and she will provide her clients with professional and reliable appraisal services for residential properties up to 4 units.
